Champions League finalist Pernille Harder has joined Chelsea from Wolfsburg.
The Danish striker joins the West-London outfit on a 3-year deal worth about £311,570.
Harder scored 27 goals in 21 Bundesliga appearances last season and will add yet another world-class attacking threat to the Chelsea side.
The Blues won last season’s Women’s Super League on points per game but show no signs of slowing down with their summer business.
Harder joins Sam Kerr, Beth England, Fran Kirby and Erin Cuthbert in Chelsea’s attack.
The former Wolfsburg forward is a quick and hard-working goal-getter, with an incredible eye for goal.
“I’m excited to just play for such a big club, to play with so many amazing players and to also be playing in the league [Women’s Super League].” Harder told chelseafc.com.
“The English league, it’s so exciting at the moment and I’m really looking forward to it.”
Already a formidable opponent, Chelsea have also added Bayern Munich star Melanie Leupolz to their ranks.
Harder will wear the number 23 shirt for Chelsea.
