The UEFA nominees for the 2020 Women’s Team of the Year have been revealed. A total of 50 players make up the list of talent on the shortlist.
Following their impressive seasons, players from Lyon, Wolfsburg and Barcelona make up the majority of the nominees. Meanwhile, the Women’s Super League has 13 names shortlisted.
This year sees a change in the award’s structure. Fans are now able to have a say in who should be in the Team of the Year.
