Hayley Raso Extends Her Stay With Everton
Australia international Hayley Raso has penned a new one-year deal with the Toffees despite not yet featuring for the Merseyside club.
The striker’s Everton debut was interrupted due to injury and COVID-19. Raso initially signed in January and fans will undoubtedly be eagerly waiting to watch her in blue.
The 25-year-old has admitted Everton icon Tim Cahill inspired her to make the move.
“He didn’t take much to sell the club to me, just telling me about the environment, about the team, about the facilities, about the staff, about the players and it was easy for me to know that’s where I would fit in to,” Raso told the Liverpool ECHO.
