Everton’s upcoming match against Manchester United will be their first at their new home in Walton Hall Park.
The Toffees will finally be able to make their move to a more central location as of February 23.
The Merseyside club – who are currently fifth in the Women’s Super League – will take residence in the much more accessible area of Walton.
Everton’s previous home fixtures were played mainly in Southport, 20 miles from Liverpool’s city centre. Turnouts in attendance were often far lower than other WSL sides due to the impractical location of Haig Avenue.

Walton Hall Park is situated just over a mile away from Goodison Park. The new ground can be accessed via several bus routes from the city centre and three nearby train stations make for easy longer journeys.
There is a popular Lifestyles gym on site along with nearby shops, parking and places to eat.
The close proximity to the men’s stadium will help boost Everton’s already impressive sense of unity at the club.
